  • Clean up's a Breeze I love the Roul Pat Mat. I've had smaller ones I've used for lining my baking sheets for years but this one is so great for using on the counter to roll out pastry and cookie dough. The ease of clean up of the flour from rolling and preparing pastry was a breeze. Just pick up the mat and dump excess flour into the trash.
    Rolling dough was never so easy! After receiving this product I used it immediately with some yeast dough then with some pie crust and finally with some cookie dough. It worked beautifully. The product is large so be sure you have enough space on which to lay it. It doesn't slip and clean up is a breeze. I would highly recommend the Roul'Pat.
    GREAT PRODUCT!!! This is actually Jennifer not Kris I borrowed one of these from a friend to roll fondant icing. This mat was awesome. Fondant is tough to work with. It never stuck to this one. I am ordering one today. I have a Wilton fondant roller sheet the Wilton one is terrible.
    Silpat Works well. Pleasure to have food not stick to a pan. Will use it a great deal. Giving two more for gift giving.
    A Necessary Kitchen Tool If you bake even semiregularly this pastry mat is a musthave!! Flouring my counter and then cleaning up the resultant mess is a chore of the past. You can use this for any kind of rolling out cookies pizza crusts breads rolls anything! It works perfectly and is really easy to clean.
    Baking Heaven Since we have purchased and used the cooking oven mats we knew this product would be just as good. My wife used to use a plastic mat that had to be anchored on all four corners. This new mat was a pleasure to use. Would recommend this to all bakers who want to make life a little bit easier.
    Can any home baker live without this? I used a Roul'Pat once at someone's house and bought it immediately. Brilliant and indispensable.You do need to flour it as you would any other rolling surface. It makes even tricky doughs easy to roll out and to lift away.Very easy to clean also.LOVE my Roul'Pat.
    kneading bread I used to knead bread on a large cutting board that roamed around the counter while I kneaded and I had to add flour frequently to keep the dough from sticking. Cleanup was a pain with dough stuck to everything and flour everywhere. So I bought this pastry mat and solved those problems. Kneading is a pleasure because the bottom really does stay put on the work surface cleanup is easy and my bread is better quality because I can get the dough smooth and elastic without adding too much flour. It will take a lot of loaves of bread to justify that price but I am far more likely to bake since I got this mat.
    Great for baking! Wonderful pastry mat for rolling dough and any type of pastry work or baking. Easy to clean up and store.
    excellent for rolling pastry This silicon counter top mat is an excellent performer. Pastry rolls out easily does not stick to surface the flexibility of the mat allows me to easily transfer pastry from mat to pie dish. It's a cinch to clean can be stored flat or rolled in a tube.
