Should be pulled from all shelves This is without a doubt the single worst kitchen tool I have ever purchased. We cook a lot and love using all of our kitchen tools so when we got this pasta maker we were super excited. We planned a delicious italian meal using this pasta maker for our fresh pasta. My husband followed all the instructions step by step adding more flour when it appeared to not work and it never worked. It would not mix the dough. He even started shaking it around to get it loose so it would mix..nothing. Not only did it not worked but it was used. When we opened the package there was old dough in it which is just unacceptable. We have a kitchen aid mixer that is amazing and mixes the dough with easeit also has a pasta maker attachment that we will be purchasing. I WARN anyone looking into this product..do not purchase this..it will only frustrate you.
Viante Pasta Machine I purchesed this machine to replace a Takka I'd had for years. It works much the same in principle. Made delicious pasta but is pretty noisy. For the price I'd recommend it.

Awesome machine This machine is awesome.I bake a lot of bread pasta pizza bagels etc.I've been using hand crank pasta machines for a very long time.This one well I got it so my kids can have some fun it's perfect.

maelo12 unit was ok but i needed something more faster for my us at home and business. I recommend this item to anyone is yes not what i needed or expected.
Wow what a pile of junk! We were really excited to use this pasta machine but it is a total heap of steaming junk. It only mixed dough for about 30 seconds before it stopped mixing and started making a funky noise. We tried and tried and tried to help it along but it is clearly a terrible product. Seriously DO NOT BUY THIS. It is poorly made and I'm shocked the company released the product for people to purchase.
Great pasta! I have to agree totally with the review and directions from Wiley. It took a couple tries to get it right but once you do understand the different 'sounds' the machine makes mixing dough you have it made. The machine works harder and sounds like it is struggling when the pasta is too wet. It struggles less when the pasta dough is drier. I found that adding only 2/3rds of the liquid firstI add the olive oil to the eggs allows you more ability to control. You can always add more but I have found that I usually need to add more flour to keep it rotating like 'the larger peas' thus the machine works less to extrude the pasta. Big thing to adddon't make the mistake I did the first time. The mixing/extruding lever was not in all the way and flour packed into the extruding chamber tightening the pasta disk screw so much that I needed to take a hammer to the tool to get it to release.
Doesn't Work Period. This product simply does not work. The mixer is insufficient and the product is highly over priced for it's low functionality. Further be careful who you order this from as you may be surprised with a used product when you thought you ordered a new product. Do not use seller HOLIDAYROMANCE. This seller sold me the broken pasta maker which was also used but described as new. The seller is trying to claim that the product was new and works properly. Last the pasta maker was delivered in a box that looked like it had been through war which may have affected it's functionality. However reading the other reviews it appears this product simply doesn't work well whether it has been through a dog fight or not. Please do not buy this product or anything from HOLIDAYROMANCE.
