not sure, i fulled out the order and realized that i did not put in 2 like a wanted.
i do not see a way on amazon to edit my order. i emailed them but i don't think they understood what i asked them to do.
i asked them to stop this order then i will order it again. they just sent it.
the product is just what it looks like a white plastic it seem to work well. the knife is amazing. it is as sharp as a razorblades.
i broke the edge very easy thou. i would keep it away from kids, and unknowable knife yelling people.
i am think of ordering 2 more. i love it.
Making sushi Is easier than putting this thing together, This kit is a waste of time. It takes longer to read the instructions than it idoes to make sushi itself. When I bought this I was a home sushi newcomer, I had no idea how to make sushi so I bought this gimmick and a simple bamboo sushi mat for three bucks. I got them on the same day so I unpacked this item and read the instruction manual and thought , which piece A goes into what piece B? Then I pulled out the bamboo mat and boom! I was making pretty good rolls in just a few minutes. Who would thought it was that easy. So go buy yourself a bamboo mat, wrap it in plastic wrap and live happily ever after.
NO KNIFE-CHANGE THE PRODUCT TITLE, The knife was NOT included but I don't really need it. The components are well made and fit together nicely.
No knife; no manual, I just received the product today and was mildly disappointed. The package was new and sealed but there was no instruction booklet. Googling hasn't produced one yet either. Also the product title says that a knife is included with the kit. I didn't receive a knife but when I came back and read the full product description, I saw no mention of a knife. So the title should be updated to omit the mention of the knife as it is a bit misleading.
For those two reasons I'm giving the product a 3 rating which some may think is unfair but instructions are KEY for using a product that is new to you and the inclusion of the knife was one of the reasons that I was ordering from this vendor.
As for making sushi, my husband and I got a lumpy but satisfying roll done and are looking forward to making more. We found a recipe for sushi rice online and used julienned veggies for the filling. We winged it because we had no instructions but my husband loves to cook and he kinda sorta figured out how to use the pieces.
Horrible, The product the was pictured, was not the one sent. Product was shown with a sushi knife. Was told after I recieved that the knife didn't come with. Was not allowed to return. Seller was deceitful, then unhelpful.

Good product, I bought this product but was not sure it would make round shaped sushi as I didn't see any round shaped one in the picture of the package online. So i was happy when I got it, it does have the round shaped sushi mold!
It's not very easy at first to put a sheet of Nori to the mold as the manual said. When I inserted the top of the mold to complete sushi, it broke the Nori sheet! My sushi came out ugly!
I saw on Internet people made sushi using a clear plastic sheet (I cut one from a plastic bag! :)) to put to the mold first, then a layer of rice, then the Nori sheet, then tuna, avocado ... Finally, close the Nori sheet & seal it with some more rice then tight it with the plastic bag & the mold on the top. This way, the mold doesn't break the Nori sheet.... & you can either spread sesame seeds/or avocado layer on the plastic sheet so they stick to the rice make it looks nicer...
I have to practice more to make the sushi look better though... :) I am still happy I got those molds.It makes sushi making faster! I just hope it comes with special plastic sheet to help me more! :)

Sushi delight, This kit has several different kinds of sushi makers. The price was a nice surprise. We have already used this several times and certainly have saved a lot of money. I appreciate the quality of the product and how complete the kit is. I would buy another for a gift and certainly would recommend it to others who like to make their sushi at home. You must use the sticky rice, regular rice will not work. Easy to do.
