Exceeds expectations, After putting if off for nearly a year, I got this bread pan for my wife's Christmas present. She is so happy with it, she's been turning out a loaf every other day since then!
The homemade French loaves come out in their classic shape, with uniform crust. The pan is genuinely "non-stick", and she has yet to need to wash it with detergent. It wipes clean, and is ready for the next loaf/loaves.
She (and those of us who get to enjoy her bread) is so thrilled with its performance, we ordered the 4-loaf baguette bread loaf pan by Chicago Metallic. We are looking forward to the same performance from the same manufacturer.
Very solid, not used it yet, Although I have not used this yet, I wanted to write my first impressions. Very heavy, solid piece of cooking equipment and I expect it to give me many years of use. I will add more after I use it.
Commercial bread Pan, Can't complain about anything. It was shipped quickly and seems to be professional grade. Plus it bakes nicely. I would definitely order from this vendor again.

french bread pans, they work great, I ended up ordering another one for a gift. I like how the bottom is nice and crunchy with the little holes in the bottom of the Pan. It was shipped out fast. I would recommend these pans to anyone.
Love this pan!, I have baked bread for years but never had the proper pan for a nice crusty French bread. The small holes let the bread crisp all around and give the bread a nice shape - much better than using a cookie sheet or sheet pan.
does the job, I found a recipe where you add ice cubes inside the hot oven during the first half of cooking the baguettes. This creates steam, and the perforated pan can absorb the water particles, making the bread nice and moist.
The second half of cooking the ice cubes should be removed. All in all, it's a useful bread pan for achieving a nice crust with a soft interior.
French Bread Pan, Cooking Gluten free comes with it's challenges! Using the proper pans makes a huge difference. This pan is great!!
My bread turns out crispy on the out side thanks to the design and perforations. A must have in all kitchens.
